How it works
Three steps, and then you stop searching
-
1
We read the source
Every morning, straight from each employer: its own careers board (Workday, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors and a dozen others), or its LinkedIn page where that is where it posts. Never an aggregator, so the same role never arrives three times.
-
2
Every role gets scored
Against working profiles built around actual jobs — business development manager, grid engineer, project manager, wind turbine technician, graduate scheme. A role only reaches you if it clears your profile's own threshold.
-
3
Then it reaches you
As one email a week — ranked, deduplicated, with salary and freshness where the employer published them, and an unsubscribe link on every one. Look at one first if you'd rather.

Straight up
Nobody pays to appear in it
Built because searching renewable energy job boards is miserable and the good roles sit on company sites nobody thinks to check. Roles are ranked on how well they match the profile you picked — there is no promoted placement and no employer buys a slot.
No ads, no selling your address on, and no cookie except the one that keeps you signed in. Page views are counted without cookies, by Cloudflare Web Analytics and our own counter, and digests note opens and clicks. What we store is your email, the profile you picked and when you confirmed — plus, only if you're Seeker and choose to, a CV and what it scored against.

Hiring, or tracking the market?
The same corpus, as market intelligence: who is hiring, where, and which employers changed direction — every open role at the employers we watch, licensed one region at a time or all of it.
